I had an excellent experience with Tia and Shannon from The Cleaning Authority. They were professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. My home has never looked better! They took their time to make sure everything was spotless — from the floors and baseboards to the kitchen and bathrooms. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. It's been almost two years since we started with The Cleaning Authority and we've been so pleased with the excellent service, communication, and professionalism. Every team that has visited our home has been detail-oriented, friendly, and adored by our two toddlers! It's so nice coming home to a spotless house. TCA staff are always thorough, friendly, and accommodating. We have been customers since 2022. We had Maurice and Kenzy this week and they did a fantastic job!

We have been customers of the Cleaning Authority for almost three years and never written a review. But today we are inspired to compliment the Cleaning Authority for the many excellent cleanings we have had over the years. The organization is very professional and our team 6 made up of Lorraine, Bejha, and sometime Tia do an excellent job. We love our team 6. They are conscientious and our house is always consistently clean and pleasant once they are done.

I have a wonderful two member team who comes every two weeks. They are personable, experienced and work hard to meet my standards. Thank you La and Sam for your extra efforts. I only have to mention something once and it becomes routine. I’m so happy to have found them.
