The Cleaning Authority - Chapel Hill

I have used TCA for several years at our old townhome, and I just renewed for recurring monthly services at our new house. They are the most THOROUGH cleaners you can ask for! My house is spotless top to bottom, and I couldn't be more grateful :)

I was so excited about this company when I met with the owner, but he over promised and under delivered! Someone new every time they come. Can’t get on a ladder, my glass doors at 9 feet tall. Don’t speak English 🙃 Did NOT do what was discussed with the owner. The pics are my glass doors after they cleaned 😩 them.

My coffee pot was not cleaned and I walked into the house to a strong smell of Clorox. I think they should spray that first thing and come back to rinse it off before they leave. The ladies are so nice and friendly.

These people work very efficiently and leave my house so clean I can’t find anything wrong! Fourth time they have come out. So grateful for their help!
