The Cleaning Authority - Charleston

I’ll start by saying the ladies that came to my house were very nice. However, the clean itself was very subpar and the customer service afterwards was even worse. I hired them to do a 1 time deep clean for over $300 and they left multiple places untouched. I sent the pictures below to their office really just as a hey not a huge deal but I wanted to bring this to your attention. The representative offered no apology then proceeded to blame me for just being an hourly customer? (I never set any hard stop time on their hours, in fact the cleaner asked me at the beginning if she could stay longer if needed to do a better job and I said yes please do). Not a good experience, I’d look elsewhere.

I love the Cleaning Authority! They are always very professional and thorough. My house looks fantastic when they leave.They did a move out cleaning at my parents house a few weeks ago and my realtor and I were so impressed the house was immaculate! Definitely recommend them.

Best housekeeping hire to date! I’ve had a number of other housekeepers over the years and the attention to detail here was unmatched. They even made beds and arranged my Son’s 10,000 stuffed animals. Every part of the house was as clean or cleaner than I would do myself. Very impressed with the quality of the clean, the ease of getting my initial quote and scheduling! The value for this service is definitely 5 stars.

I’ve been a client for many years. The cleaning staff does a good job. Additionally the company will send a quality control person periodically to verify that the work is being done correctly. The scheduling staff is professional and accommodating.

We were genuinely surprised with how clean and well organized everything was. They moved things around in such a careful way and even organized some messy areas. Definitely will be booking for regular cleanings.
