They showed up on time and were VERY congenial the whole time. They took their time and CLEANED the way that Aimee, the Estimator said they would. The Inspector came just as they were finishing up, and her inspection was the "cherry on the top"..the few things that they missed, she was sure that they learned it was something that should be done next time, too. I didn't have to "judge the job"...they had one of their own to followup on their work. It wasn't me having to tell them, either they missed doing it, or they didn't do it right! All the way around....GREAT JOB! WORTH THE MONEY!! I will be sure to share my experience with all of my other friends and Agents!

We used them for a one time, and have now hired them for 2x’s per month because the one time clean was so good. This company does zero short cuts, they are reliable, organized, and prompt. Our house is thoroughly cleaned after each visit. An inspector comes each time before the team leaves to make sure everything is done correctly. I can’t recommend Cleaning Authority enough!

Very smooth team. Team 4 walked into the aftermath of having carpets cleaned. They rescheduled by one day (thank you!) and pit all the furniture etc BACK where it belongs. Lovely people, and my house looks great!
