The Cleaning Authority - Fort Bend

After my second cleaning today, I am confident in The Cleaning Authority and the professional teams they have on their staff! My home is always left thoroughly clean and smelling amazing! I enjoy walking around after they leave to see all the cute extras they do to put their mark on the space. Shout out to Team #9, Diana and Yubitza! I noticed the two LED backlit vanity mirrors in the primary bathroom were left illuminated with red and green for the holidays! I loved that surprise! Everything was so clean when Diana and Yubitza were done. I made the right decision to hire The Cleaning Authority to maintain the cleanliness of my home! Diana even explained that they will change bed linen or towels if the clean ones are left out to swap.

I found this company on Google, I have been through alot of individual cleaning ladies in the past. They sent an enthusiastic young man out to give me a price and walk we through their services. He did an amazing job at understanding the issues I have had in the past and set my mind at ease to give them a try. The ladies crew #5 came out and worked hard and made my entire house clean and shine! There were also 2 different ladies that came to the house at different times while the crew was here to inspect their work and make sure they were getting everything right on my first clean. All the crew members have iPads that lists exactly what they need to do, they check in and out with their time of showing up and departing. They have an ap that has all my information on and I can add different

Team 8 is Grrrrrreat! Another great cleaning job by Team 8. I have been enjoying this service going on 15 years. The work these ladies do is far superior to my cleaning. They always make me smile. The ladies are friendly and efficient. Friday mornings make me happy. Makes having an event at our house on Friday or Saturday a breeze since cleaning has been done. They love our dog and always spend a few minutes giving him love! He loves them! Can’t imagine my life without them. Thanks for all you do!

An initial deep clean service was completed on my home, and I am happy with the results. Specifically, my home needed a good dusting, and they handled it professionally. Team 11, Yoselin & Helen, were very nice and worked together well. Communication was also not an issue. Yoselin was helpful in answering my questions and had a great attitude. I look forward to having my home even more tidy with the next cleaning from TCA. I would recommend them!
