Excellent deep clean service. Tom very good to work with providing estimate after visit on site. Rebecca in office very pleasant to work when scheduling & taking calls/questions. Taylor & Abigail worked non stop 4 hours deep cleaning with Rachael also coming by to help. All very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

I really don't even know where to start. We have not been with Cleaning Authority for that long, maybe 8 or 9 months, but we have had to complain EVERY single month. Of course, Rachel always calls and and tries to make it right, but low and behold the next time they come, it's the same sub par job. We have a very small house, and I realize it doesn't take long with two people to clean a house, but I think 43 minutes in and out is unacceptable! I have lot's of other pictures I could and probably should share, but this one took the cake, it is a large puddle of water left on our living room floor! My mother is 78 years old, what if she would have not seen that and slip and fell?!? Needless to say, we will no longer be using them and will warn people to absolutely NOT use them or even con

Great experience this morning. The ladies were so kind and patient with my dog, letting her get accustomed to them and working around my home office and meetings. I will be requesting my schedule changed to have this team every time!!

Great service, the ladies do a great job at cleaning. Love how they fold the toilet paper sometimes a rose or a tie , it’s so cute.great service over all.

Team number five, Myris and Yudita did a fabulous job cleaning my house they took extra time to thoroughly clean the shower glass doors, which look amazing now😀. Thank you very much💕
