The Cleaning Authority - Lakewood

Corinne and Ciana do a fine job cleaning our house. They are professionals in every sense of the word... prepared, punctual, polite and very respectful of our home. Every detail of the cleaning rotation is attended to. I look forward to their arrival because I know my house will look great when they finish.

The Ladies that were here today were great! So happy because they have been here a number of times and know my preferences. They are also very personable and I enjoy them if I am here. It would be lovely if they could always be here?!

I wouldn't recommend, you can't get cheaper options that do a better job. I paid $540 for "deep clean" that they left visible dirt and didn't clean the things mentioned in the list of deep clean. Also, poor communication didn't give me an arrival window just a day so I had no idea when they were coming.

I’ve used them for 4 months now and my house has never been cleaner! They have also been consistent in the job they do which is quite unusual. The highly recommend them!

I have called 3 times now, and each time am assured that I will receive a call back to schedule a cleaning. I haven't received any calls. I'm starting to think this business is a scam.
