Stay far away! Couldn’t have done a worse job. It was like they never came. If you want your house clean go elsewhere! Don’t waste your time!

I am excited to be one of The Cleaning Authority’s of St. Augustine customers! I’ve never had a cleaning service before, but I was very intrigued by The Cleaning Authority’s marketing postcard detailing everything that they do and how well thought-out their methods were that I called the franchise owner Betsy and asked what it would cost and then, when can you start! Now I have two lovely young ladies who come and clean my house every other week. How wonderful that is! There are so many cleaning services that they provide for me that I can’t list them all here, but to mention a few. . .mopping the floors, vacuuming the baseboards and corner crevices, dusting almost everything that can be dusted, cleaning toilets and tubs, and more. So glad I found The Cleaning Authority St. Augustine to provide cleaning for my home! The women who have been cleaning my home are thorough, dedicated and professional. Their attention to detail is amazing, and because they use such a well thought out plan for cleaning, the important areas of my home get thoroughly cleaned each time they come. Thank you Cleaning Authority for doing such an awesome job! Oh I forgot to mention the price is reasonable and fair, and the women who clean are bonded and trained. So worth it! Would highly recommend!

After being ill for over a year, my place was a disaster. Betsy and her team went above and beyond in helping me organize, clean out and clean up, my place. I actually can enjoy my space again. Update 10/1/2025: Unfortunately I had to cancel this service and move on. While the cleaning was acceptable, and the cleaners were very nice. This company is the absolute WORST at communication. We had an approximate time for them to arrive. But they would regularly come early or very late, and couldn't seem to figure out how to communicate with me to let me know about the change. 2+ hours late on occasion, with ZERO contact. Mind boggling how they couldn't figure that out. I also wasn't too happy with the constantly changing cleaners. The crew was stable for a time, but then it just seemed rando
