Darius, the owner, and his crew arrived at my house within an hour of my call. It was an emergency on a Sunday evening as my basement was completely flooded with water rapidly rising. They pumped all the water out within 2 hours and had a ton of high end industrial dehumidifiers and fans. To my amazement the basement was bone dry the next morning! Then, Darius also helped me find a plumber who installed a new sump pump system and we were back in business. Darius and his crew were knowledgeable, hard working, and quick to clean/resolve the entire nightmare in 2 days. They also thoroughly treated my basement with an anti-mold product. I recently hired The Cleaning Source because I had a busted pipe in my basement. They arrived in an hour from placing the call to them. Water covered my basement floor, however, I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. They explained the entire process clearly and handled everything with confidence and expertise. Great guys! They had an emergency arise during the day, and weren’t able to make the original time frame. When they called to rescheduled, they offered to come as early as 5am the following day to take my old couch away. Thankfully they didn’t need to. They were able to come by a few hours later! Very nice and professional gentleman. I’ll definitely keep them in mind next time I need something hauled away.
