I was in a world of hurt. I hired a company that said they could silicon my metal roof. They painted a pretty picture and appeared to know just enough to get the job. First day owner shows up with elderly gentleman. Not much preparation was done. I contacted Nathan with The Coating Pros and he walked me through the prep work and what was a must to do list for the job at hand. On the second day, I felt like I was supervising the guy I hired to do the work. I finally fired the guy and took my losses which was thankfully only 900.00 at that point. I was pretty desperate because a roof is probably the most important thing on your home. It literally protects you and your belongings. Especially things that you could never replace.
