Personal touch, quality workmanship. Top notch. We got two estimates from two reputable local companies and decided to go with the Countertop Company and are glad we did! They matched the price of the other company and were much more communicative and engaged on what we wanted/questions we had/options. Jim was great to work with. The crew was prompt and professional and did a great job with demo and installation of new quartz countertops, sink install all in one day. We are very pleased!

I wanted to thank Randy and his team for a job well done. I contacted Randy for an outdoor project and he had some suggestions including a back waterfall edge which worked out great. His installers were excellent and his staff was very friendly. I contacted Randy at least a handful of times with questions and he always provided a prompt and honest answer every time. He also caught that our sub-top was short by a couple inches and helped coordinate a fix with my cabinetry sub-contractor. Dekton in case anyone is considering it seems like a great product for an outdoor top. There were a few small chips which is expected in an outdoor tight assembly like the one I had (see photos) but they were repaired and sealed nicely and overall we are very satisfied with their work.

If you want quality people, workmanship, and professionalism at a fair price, head to The Countertop Company (TCC) in Escondido. I have hired them twice. The first time I was able to buy a remnant for my Primary bath vanity. Randy was very helpful in helping me find the perfect one. I was so happy with them that when it was time to do my kitchen countertops I went back to Randy and we started the process again. Everyone at The Countertop Company was pleasant to work with, professional, careful in my home and all had great personalities! Randy was great! Drayden came and measured my kitchen and was super and helped me make decisions on things like to have "wings" or not. I have use The Countertop Co as a subcontractor for the last several years, they have installed at least 25-30 projects for me and they are always great to work with. Bob, Franca and Randy provide excellent customer service at an affordable rate. Any of my concerns are always addressed immediately and resolved. The quality of the product and the workmanship is top notch. These are people of integrity and that is not so easy to find these days. They have been and will continue to be my go to countertop fab/installer.
