The Countertop Store by Progressive Dimensions

We are disappointed in our experience with Progressive Dimensions for our kitchen countertop.  While we love the countertop we selected and our sales process was smooth, the installation was not. First we were told that we could have our plumbing rehooked up on the day that countertop was installed, however on the day of installation they said we had to wait for our backsplash to be templated and installed...leaving us without water and sink for several days. We had a plumber who could not do the work he was scheduled to do because of their lack of communication and we had to pay him for his time. When they installed the backsplash, they did not line it up to the windowsill cutout and had it off by 1/8th of an inch on each side. In addition to the backsplash not being measured correctly

We had a great experience with Progressive Dimensions from beginning to end. Luciana was our sale representative, she was extremely helpful assisting us in selecting our counter top. She spent time with us going over layout and options. We went with the Cambria Inverness Cobalt and it's stunning. If we had further questions or needed additional assistance, Susan (Customer Service Manager) was always available to talk to. We ran into some minor issues and they were always helpful in correcting them. When it came to the installation, the crew was quick in removing the old countertop and placing the new. The seams are practically unnoticeable. Thank you for making this an easy stress-free experience.

Progressive Dimensions installed our quartzite countertops and backsplash, and although the initial backsplash installation didn’t line up the veins as expected, they immediately took full responsibility and made it right. They purchased a brand-new slab and reinstalled everything at their own cost — the result looks flawless. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their workmanship and values quality over shortcuts. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding from start to finish. As a three-time (really four-time) returning customer, I’m writing this review with a lot of frustration and disappointment. My previous experiences with this company were positive—good enough that I would’ve rated them a solid 4 stars. The work was well done, and I was happy enough to keep coming back, even knowing they weren’t the cheapest option out there. I believed I was paying for quality, and until recently, I felt I was getting it. Fast forward to our most recent project—an outdoor bar and kitchen installed about 18 months ago.
