The Courtyard at Jefferson Garage (Propark)

I parked here yesterday for about 4 hours. Pricing was decent. The attendants were very nice and helpful. There is not a separate entrance/exit, same way in is out and the ramp is VERY HIGH! If you dont have a high car, like a SUV, it might be hard to come down the ramp. Otherwise, quick park, good service, convenient location for what I needed.

Rude valet from the beginning, Made a nasty comment to me when he saw me waiting for my car return about I should be on the text message they sent not talking with him. Only take card but charge enormous credit card fees. 3 hours was $17 (includes tax) but somehow charged me $20.99 and refused my $20 in cash with no requested change (tip). The ramp to get is has every vehicle scraping pulling in, my car sits at low mileage at stock ride height and scraped pulling in. Horrible service, luckily nothing appears missing from my car, and severely overpriced considering street parking is much less and is probably safer.

Highly recommended not parking here if you don’t have a SUV with a good amount of ground Clearance, went in with a regular sedan and ruined the whole bottom of my car because the ramp is at an insane angle, even at there other entrances. There are also there are no warning signs about this issue posted anywhere.

Do not park here if you don’t drive an SUV. Went here with a Honda sonata that isn’t low at all and the ramp is at such an angle it destroyed the bottom of my car. Almost couldn’t get out because we were stuck on the ramp. The ramp is an entrance and an exit which makes no sense, no visibility, just asking for an accident. It’s also incredibly confusing getting in and out especially when there’s only one attendant and it’s unclear where they are 99% of the time.

Parking experience was fine, but one of the attendants kept my personal phone number and called / texted me on his personal number. Wildly inappropriate.
