The Craftsmen Group is one of the best contractors we've ever used. We had a broken porch that another contractor tried to rebuilt, but left in the middle of the job. Craftsmen Group not only finished the job but worked with us to fix the initial rebuild too. They are engaging, detail oriented, and really listened to what we wanted. They turned those ideas into a great porch. You will not regret hiring them

WORDS TO THE WISE FROM THE VOICE OF EXPERIENCE - Make sure you understand how you will be billed for different services. Don't accept boiletplate language. Nail it down! - Make sure your appliances and hardware are explained to you. - You know yourself better than they know you. Be clear about what you expect from them. Don't accept products or services you do not want or need.

Completely non-responsive. Called twice to inquire about services. Promised a callback twice. Never received. Cannot recommend if that's the way they manage their business.

This company was very responsive, sent out skilled and intelligent workmen, and did the job right. They will be my first call the next time I need a contractor.
