The Crew Cleaning & Restoration

Although my tiled floors were in very good shape, I wanted to have the grout cleaned and sealed to prevent dirt from accumulating in the future. The Crew did a great job. They scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time, were pleasant, offered different grout colors, and worked steadily until the work was complete. I am very pleased with the results. Jonathan even sent a short bio before coming, making the contact very personal.

Joshua and The Crew were exceptional. Josh was extremely professional. He explained very thoroughly what the process for water mitigation would be when there was significant water damage in my house. Initially we weren’t even sure where the leak was coming from, but he spent time beyond his initial assessment of the damage and explanation of what mitigation The Crew would be able to provide to help find the source of the leak. By locating the leak, I didn’t have to hire a plumber to find it, just to fix it, which was a huge, huge cost savings to me. That was time he didn’t have to take with me, but he did. I discovered a leak in my bathroom and the water damage/mold was hidden. To tell you I was overwhelmed is an understatement. The Crew's water mitigation service was recommended to me and not only did they respond quickly, they were kind, explained clearly their process, answered all of my questions, AND they also worked with my insurance company to help process my claim. They were professional and easy to work with. They put me at ease and my super overwhelming bathroom problem was resolved thanks to them. Daniel came regularly to check on the equipment and to make sure my floors were drying and the mold was dying. I cannot say better things about The Crew! I have ceramic tile floors that had a light peachy colored grout. After years of traffic and large dogs, I couldn’t keep the floors clean. They came in a did a professional cleaning and a grout sealant that was the color of my choice. The two man crew took such care and detail to each inch of my floor. They double and triple checked the grout correction and I swear my 46 year old floors look like they were just installed! Thank you so much for making my home shine! You all are the best and I cannot wait to have my slate cleaned as well!!!!
