The Davey Tree Expert Company

Arboristry Associates (Faber, VA, now a Davey Company) has been doing my tree and shrub maintenance for over 25 years. They do it all: tree removal/stump grinding, trimming, storm damage remediation, pest control, fertilizing. Their expertise in tree and shrub care has kept my property lush, thriving and beautiful year-round. Their customer service (estimating, scheduling, follow-up) is excellent. And their transparent pricing means I never have any surprise charges.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with Davey’s service. They removed a large, healthy branch from a beautiful tree on my front lawn for no apparent reason. It felt unnecessary, as there was nothing wrong with the tree. I would recommend being present while their crew is working to ensure they don’t remove more than you expect. Follow up: Davey’s is responsible and assumed accountability, they care about their work and making their clients happy.

The arborist and crew arrived on time and got to work right away after confirming the work to be performed. They were polite and professional in every respect, and notified me when they were leaving upon completion of the job. I highly recommend Davey Tree!

The tree shaping they did for us was artistry. It was so clean and very natural looking. The customer care was exemplary. They didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied and signed off on the final product. Great job Guys!!

We had several large dead or declining trees beside our driveway that we didn’t want the mess left behind if we contacted a logger. Davey’s came a took care of them flawlessly.
