They communicated throughout the whole build and the quality of work is top notch. They work hard, are always on time and will never short change you at any point through the process! This team did an amazing job. Owner was quick to respond, gave a fair price, got the job done a week earlier than promised, and was an overall great experience. What I am about to share was taken to court. He lost the suit and owes a judgement that he is refusing to pay at this time. The case number is 2331-SC00074. He did not build the deck up to the Green County Code standard nor International Residential Code standard even though he claims to be an expert. This entire deck would need to be torn down and rebuilt correctly since no other deck company will repair someone else's work for liability reasons. He never even got a permit for this deck, which is required for the type of work he did. You will be using this deck, not him. A lack of safety shouldn't be something to mess with and having someone double check his work should be your first priority. Please be very cautious when looking to use this company.
