The District Garage

How do I say the dumbest, worstest, most stupidest parking garage I’ve ever experienced in my 60 years of living on this earth!!! Who designed this parking system? First, there’s a line of cars trying to get in the garage and you need to scan a small QR code and follow the instructions to open up the gate. Once you get through that you have to complete a survey of the make, license plate, and size of vehicle. You may think you’re done… but you are not. You see a nice parking spot near the exit, but can’t use it without threat of getting towed. You then need to drive to the most inconvenient location at the farthest point from the gate to park in an assigned spot. AVOID THIS GARAGE and just pay the extra dollars to let them valet your car at the hotel.

Nice clean parking garage. Good price. Your space in the garage can be reserved and enter card info ahead of time to save time at the gate. A smart phone with camera to use the app and open the gate and pay easily. I'm not sure it works without a smartphone. 2/3 the cost of vallette parking at nearby hotel.

This is the most confusing garage I’ve ever used. Be prepared to spend five minutes typing in information on a phone before opening the gate. Then be prepared for the payment system not to work. Then be prepared for an assigned parking spot but then wander aimlessly around the lot because there is no signage indicating where those spots are anywhere. This lot sucks for accessibility and for usability. I don’t know how you screw up owning a parking garage so badly but this place has managed to screw it up completely. Talk about overengineered just for the sake of not hiring a parking attendant. Do not park here.

Public parking can be a stressful nightmare but parking in this garage and using the parking app was so easy and such a cool experience!! I will absolutely use this garage again anytime I am in Clifton. Rates were fairly priced and the garage felt safe and secure.

Would give a zero if possible. They canceled my parking spot for absolutely no reason. This is completely unprofessional and unjustified. No explanation and canceled my spot without any warning after business hours, so I couldn’t even contact them. I rebought the spot after they canceled and they went ahead and cancelled again, “after business hours”.
