The Dock Experts

Dock Experts did an incredible job replacing our seawall and enhancing our deck to help us launch our kayaks easier! It was refreshing to work with professionals who do a job right the first time! Working with Dock Experts it was a big difference from our experience with Dock Masters (the company name Joel operated under back in 2015 when his company installed the original wall and repaired 3 times in just 10 years before the wall they did fully failed and we hired Dock Experts to replace it for us. Tom Brooks isn’t like Joel… he does cut corners for his customers and hires quality staff like Marc, Brandon, Everton and Blake. We highly recommend Dock Experts to anyone needing a seawall or dock! Do yourself a favor…use Tom/Dock Experts and avoid at all cost working with any company Joe

These workers are dock experts, just as their business name implies! Professional, punctual, and they pay attention to detail. They met my expectations and were affordable (no hidden costs). And they split the payment: 1/2 up front, balance due upon completion…They replaced rusty parts that required replacing and left parts if the surface rust didn’t impact the integrity of the function. (Although that was naturally optional…they would have replaced everything if I had wanted that. I live on the eastern coast of Florida on a river w brackish water and the oceans salt water just a mile beyond that. So we are exposed to the salt air that takes its toll on metal parts, unless you hose them off occasionally) I recommend this business.

Gary and The Dock Experts team did a great job on the removal of old dock phase and setting the stage for the next phase. Gary’s communication has been very thorough throughout the process. Well done.

As far as jobs go for The Dock Experts, ours have been very small, but you would never know it by the service we have received. From the very beginning, Jessica has been amazing! Parker is extremely knowledgeable and was very prompt in his responses and his scheduling. And then the lift installation team, Chad, Mike, Dillan and Austin, GREAT as well! The clean-up during and after the job was exceptional. Each of these six individuals were a pleasure to work with, answered every question we had, and kept the communication flowing. We will absolutely use The Dock Experts again if the need arises, and would highly recommend them.

Great experience all around. Heather and Patrick were easy to work with at the office in terms of understanding the services that I needed and then quicklyscheduling my appointment. Steve and Alan arrived at the job site on time and were professional throughout Thursday. They quickly addressed my needs and left the area cleaner than they found it. My lift is working flawlessly again. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have earned a repeat customer out of me for sure.
