I bought our washer/dryer combo there about 2 years ago and they were great! Well the other day the heating element went out and I called them and the lady said to bring the element, fuse and thermostat by and she could test them. It was the fuse and they replaced the part much cheaper than online and they had it already. I get home and get the dryer back together and realize I need to replace the pulley arm wheel so I went back and they had it. This place has given us a great experience and a personal touch. Brenda was the lady that helped me fix our dryer. I'm glad she knew what to do because I didn't. I wish they're were more business like this one! I recommend The Dragon Shop for used appliances!

Shopped here all my life! Always satisfied with the quality and the one time I had any problem with my washer I called the dragon shop and they sent someone over to fix it the next day!

This place is amazing! Super friendly and very responsible, we get all of our appliances for the apartments from them and we've never had a single issue with any of them.
