I recently used The Dryer Vent Crew Solutions to clean my dryer vent after getting an error code on the dryer indicating that the vent needed cleaning. The company reached out quickly to set up and appointment time. The original time (which I communicated with my renters) was pushed back to a later time that afternoon (the renters were able to make this time work with their schedule). I received several texts and calls from the company. Unfortunately I had surgery the day prior and was in recovery mode so I did miss some of the texts/calls. The technician was very nice and clearly communicated what he was going to have to do to clean the vent.
