I had a great experience from the minute I entered the store to when the installer left my home. The owner is very friendly and showed me different options based on what I wanted to achieve. The young man that installed the parts in my fire place, so that I could use natural gas, was polite, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this place!

I was having trouble with my natural gas fire place burner. Low flames on the left side and high flames on the right. Also heavy sooting was apparent. Started tearing down the log set and discovered the root of the problem. The burner assembly had rotted. Being a first time gas log owner, I wasn't sure where to start. Found The Fire Box on Google and spoke with some very knowledgeable people and they knew exactly what I needed. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding how to safely install my new burner, how to properly space and stack the logs and advice on burner placement in relation to the grate. Recently purchased a home and needed glass doors installed on a fireplace. Their service was convenient and efficient and would recommend them to anyone. They came to our house and took measurements within a week of calling. When the glass doors were received they installed them and were in and out in thirty minutes. It looks great
