The Fireplace Center of Indianapolis

I just wanted to say that we are working with The fireplace center of Indianapolis and they are installing an outside grill island. The grill island is going to be 6' long. It will have a grill centered in the island. Working directly with Jeremy and Peyton in selecting the right grill was excellent. Also Josh and Andrew recently finished the installation of the base unit. It consists of heavy concrete panels which support the granite. Stone veneer will then get applied once granite is installed. I have to say that both Josh and Andrew did an exceptional job! Very professional. Very nice. Explained the whole process. Cleaned up wonderfully and just did a fabulous job. Our new fireplace is absolutely beautiful! We are so pleased with the finished product. Our installers, Andrew and Ethan, were such hard workers and so very talented! Wow!

We contacted The Fireplace Center because we were looking for a new wood stove and to get our chimney cleaned. After an inspection from Josh, we found out our chimney was 99% creosoted. We weren't surprised because there was trouble with it drawing when a fire was built. Andrew and Ethan came out to clean the chimney. It took them several hours and lots of pounding, to clear the flue. These guys worked in 30 degree weather, going up and down a ladder (chimney about 25+' tall), on a snowy roof all day. They were amazing! Not only did they do a great job but also took the time to answer our questions. Both guys were very considerate, patient and professional. Absolutely incredible experience with everyone we worked with here from start to finish: sales, initial measurements, installation, etc. They worked with us to find something that would fit our oddly shaped fireplace, they were creative problem solvers, and were super friendly and professional the whole time. Highly recommend.

Technician John serviced our gas fireplace. He was on time and explained everything that he was going to do. He even had time to talk to my husband over the phone to explain which wall switch should be used. He was friendly and professional. Thank you!
