Mr. Fix It, did not find it robbery to ask me to take pictures along with answering a few questions to troubleshoot the issue. His advice was valuable and it saved me $90 on a visit to do the same. Thank you for your willingness to be basolutley fair. And Yes, I am just in Dover - he could have collected an easy $90!

New to the Dover area and spent a few minutes looking for someone to fix our dryer that was down a week. Came upon the reviews for The Fix It Man and I am glad I did was not disappointed. Mr. Rick was at my place within an hour of my call and within five minutes had diagnosed the problem a broken belt he went above and beyond to get the belt as he did not have it in his work van. Mr. Rick was very knowledgeable, neat, and respectful will call him again in the future.

I could not have been happier with the service I received. Called regarding my fridge not cooling. He asked a few questions over the phone. Came out, saw the problem, got the part. All fixed in less than 3 hours! And he didnt empty my pockets! Thank you again Richard!

Rick repaired my 16 year old refrigerator which was a bit tricky. He was determined to do it and I was impressed with his perseverance. He charged way less than the Sears repair would’ve charged. I appreciate his communication skills as he explained the problem and the solution and also kept me informed of his arrival time. Also, Rick is very quick at responding and scheduling. My problem was fixed within 24 hours. Thanks to him, my fridge is working fine.

Came the same day we called! He was on time and fixed our dryer within a half hour. Very pleased with this service. Would use again.
