Of our $300k+ renovation, working with them as a supplier (spent over $10K here) is the actual only thing I regret. From selling us shower hardware without properly explaining that the hand held faucet only work INSTEAD of the overhead, to pushing American Standard over Toto, to not explaining toilet colors matching sink colors (once I switched to Chown in portland, they helped this immediately), to selling us thw incorrect drain and making us pay a restocking fee. I highly suggest just calling up Chown, where they have more expertise in higher end choices and they do not take any commission, they truly just help and give you the best prices. My experience with them was years ago and somehow I still think about how bad it was every time I use the (beautiful brand but unnecessary options)

Sheila Kidd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped making our decisions a joy. Her creativety and ability to ‘read my mind’ with design suggestions was priceless, I would absolutely recommend her

MJ Ramsey sold us an air-jetted soaking tub--several thousand dollars--without ever mentioning that the air pump sounds like a jet engine and requires a specially-fabricated sound-attenuating enclosure. When I complained after discovering this (once installation completed), the manager and MJ Ramsey told me that I should have known to expected the obnoxious noise and known that special installation was required. My advice, walk past The Fixture Gallery and go to a plumbing supply store that knows about the products they sell and will give you, the customer, useful advice before a purchase is made.
