Dale, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your employees for all that you have done for us.I was a little worried when the crew started to tear the old floor out but my Lord what a wonderful job they did tearing the old out and putting the new in. The days they worked on the floor I could have set my watch by the time they arrived. They are certainly hard working-very polite and have the homeowners best interest at heart.I have shared pictures of our living room and den with several friends and family members. YOU have gone above and beyond the scope of taking care of your customer--US.Just from the quality of work the crew did I know we will get a lifetime of enjoyment out of our new floor.Here is the Million Dollar question--Would I recommend your company to family and friend

This specific place was picked for me by Southern Roofing and Renovations. If I could give 0 stars I would. The men that laid my new luxury vinyl floors had no clue what they were doing. I was home every day watching them tear out the old and lay the new. They did not prep the floor or level it before putting down the new. Not even a month after we already had busted floor, and broken connectors. There are soft spots that are visible all over the house. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he brought his crew out and they all told me I was crazy basically and it was the slab my house was on, so totally not their fault in the flooring issues. We were happy getting our Vinyl floors they did a great job it all Looked Great and they assured us it was Lifetime Guarantee. However I had an issue one year later on 2 different areas in our house, The guy came into the Kitchen area and quickly said it’s moisture and look at the other area in bedroom closet and said the same thing Moisture and that he has to talk to his Boss. We have no leaks!!

Worst experience ever. Damage to my home and furnishings were tremendous from the installers. Only the bathtub was repaired out of the over twenty plus items that were damaged. I did get an I'm sorry from the owner though so I guess that should make me feel better about the 10 grand I spent on the floors and carpet and the time and $$$ it's cost me since to clean, repair and replace everything that was damaged. My response to the owners post below........ You did say there would be scratches on walls and baseboards. You did say it would be a messy process. You didn't tell me every piece of furniture that was touched in my home would be damaged. You didn't tell me nothing would be cleaned up by your crew. You didn't tell me they would use the bathroom all over my walls and floors in my toi
