The Floor Store of Hampton Roads

This is the second time I have used The Floor Store of Hampton Roads to do work for me. The first time Greg Edwards, owner did some flooring for me his work was professionally done and also in a timely manner. Greg Edwards just completed installation of carpet and flooring for me. Again, his work was professionally completed and he even returned to do a couple of minor repair jobs himself because his workers were all in a different location. We had an amazing experience with the Floor Store of Hampton Roads. My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and had many different types of flooring inside from the 80's that needed to be removed and replaced with LVP and carpet. Gregg went above and beyond to help us - he matched pricing and even came out to my place of work to show me samples and get things finalized. He was quick to communicate and when our scheduled installers were taking too long (we originally were just going to use him for some of the flooring), he came through and took over to get things done quickly. They did so much more to help level out our floors than any other company would have and didn't even charge us for the extra work. Their installer even brought a piece of t-molding from his own home to match

Our builder sent us here to pick out our floors; wood and carpet. We had them both installed and the wood was fine. Still is. The carpet started to bubble not long after installation so The Floor Store sent someone out to stretch it. A few months later there were bubbles again so we called them again and he sent someone out again. The next year I called the builder again and told him and he contacted the Floor Store and someone was sent again. We only have 3 people living in our house and my husband and I have the bedroom downstairs. The bubbling is mostly upstairs and has continued over and over. Greg has been great in sending people out to stretch it and a few times we didn't even call, we just hired stretchers ourselves and had it done because it would take too long to get someone to o

Greg and his crew just finished our kitchen and family room couldn't be more pleased. Great product at a good price . It pays to use a local business.
