The Floor Store Pensacola

We purchased a Navarre Beach Condo in Dec. 2025 which had been a rental and was in need of complete renovation. We hired Emerald Coast Painters to remove popcorn ceiling and paint ceiling, walls and trim, The Floor Store in Pensacola to install new LVP, and Casual Blinds to replace all window coverings. All work was completed in January while we were out-of-state and therefore without our supervision. We could not be happier with the completed project. All three companies did excellent work at a fair price and well within the expected time frame. All floor store staff were helpful, professional and responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend all three companies.

I wanted to share an experience with the store owner that was extremely distasteful and, to say the least, very rude. It was disheartening to witness how people can be spoken to and treated simply because someone believes they are superior. If more customers were able to see how both the owner and employees interact with people, I believe many would think twice about supporting this business.

We had such a great experience with The Floor Store and their team. From helping us match our current hardwood, to pricing, to installation - it was a very smooth process and we will definitely use them again for any or our flooring needs.

I would give them a zero if I could. The demo crew damaged every single door and door frame in my house and dented and dinged all of the walls. The crew did not show up when they were supposed to or would sit in their car for half of the day instead of working. It took over a month for them to demo the old floor and install the new floor. Then they did not even install any of the transition strips that I paid for and they stole the extra boxes of flooring. Despite numerous emails and phone calls with Andrea, the owner, the work that I paid in full for was never completed and Andrea took no responsibility for the extra damages her crew caused to my house. Stay far away from these people!

Excellent experience from the in-store selecting with and brainstorming with Jeannie to the install and finish product with Oleg. If you're looking for a one stop experience I highly recommend the Floor Store.
