We initially met Terry Kneale when he came over to the house to check on one of the loose floorboards under the carpet of the upstairs master bedroom. During our discussions we brought up the topic of replacing the entire carpeting of the upstairs rooms. We then met Terry at his showroom to discuss the carpet replacement. For starters, his showroom is absolutely marvelous. It is well organized and provides the perfect environment to view the various flooring options. Only a week after we purchased our new flooring, the material arrived and the flooring team that Terry organized for us started their work. We recently completed a large remodeling project and were referred to The Floor Studio by our contractor. We had all new floors, cabinets, and quartz countertops replaced throughout our home as well as a new tile backsplash in our kitchen. Terry went above and beyond providing us with top notch customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us every step of the way. The products are superb quality, reasonably priced, were delivered and installed on time and most of all, look absolutely gorgeous!
