Such an amazing experience with Floor Trader! Woody took exceptional care of us, and we ended up with the most amazing new carpet. It literally changed our whole home. Carpet quality is amazing and service was even better!

A mistake was made, and it was fixed quickly with no problems. Awesome customer service. And the management, John was very helpful and quick to fix what was wrong. We've bought carpet from them twice now and we will continue to use them!

If you’re looking for carpet, Floor Trader Is the place to go and Gage B. is great! He was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and even more than helpful… genuinely caring about how our project turned out! It is rare to find someone in flooring that cares about getting you the right floor that will not only be functional today but that you’ll love the timeless look 20 years from now. From answering all of our questions, to showing us samples and different patterns/piles this guy is a carpet connoisseur. We started off our search for carpet by going to the big box store in town, but they had no where near the selections of Floor Trader and finding somebody knowledgeable and caring, like Gage, was impossible. We had our floors in our living room and dining room changed from carpet to beautiful wood by Floor Trader of Edmond. They also put down new tile in the kitchen and entry and both bathrooms. Then we got new carpet in our 3 bedrooms. John Newton helped us and the workers were quick but thorough. The price was perfect! We couldn't have chosen a better store.
