Stay away from this company ... absolute zero professionalism ... try to cheat you in all possible ways .... horrible installers have mounted the floor in reverse and have not restored ... without my authorization they have withdrawn the money from my credit card without finishing the job! They are scammers ... be very careful to rely on serious companies and not these characters who think only to scrub the unfortunates on duty

Our friend recommended we try the Factory Flooring outlet when we were ready to do laminate wood flooring in our town-home. The selection of wood at the store was overwhelming but the customer service rep on duty was very helpful in the selection process and was very detailed about pricing, which we greatly appreciated. We got our quote on a Saturday and they were in our home within a week doing the installation. We only did the flooring downstairs, to our 2 bedroom town-home, and they did it within 1 business day. The installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after they were finished. We especially appreciated them moving our furniture and putting back exactly the way we had it. After I finally selected flooring and pine baseboards, the installers arrived a few days later ready to install. Oscar and his crew were quick, professional and detail oriented.
