Mohammed was extremely helpful and the installers did a great job. The floor needed some leveling and they were upfront about the cost. Additionally some of the planks came in with a manufacturer defect so they ordered replacement ones right away and complete the project ASAP once they came in. It didn’t create much of a delay due to them making our home a priority. The price was on the lower end of what we were quoted by multiple vendors and they exceeded our expectations!

The flooring market did a beautiful job with my tile! Abraham was great to work with and did a very thorough job explaining what was covered in the estimate and the warranty and how the job would be done. The installers showed up on time every day and were very friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable in my house while they were working on my floors. They did an excellent job with cleanup at the end of every day so I could easily maneuver around the house. I give this company a five star plus! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!

I had them come out and remove carpet in bedrooms and install hardwoods to match existing flooring. Crew was professional and all work competed in the timeframe outlined. You can’t tell the floors weren’t installed separately. I’d recommend their services.

Fantastic experience & excellent customer service at Flooring Market with Mohammed. We already had 3 bids for a house in East TX so we visited Flooring Store in Allen just to look at the carpet samples. Mo asked if he could also bid. Their was was even cheaper. The install crew were great. They moved furniture and were very friendly. Upon installation, I incorrectly thought there was an issue. When I spoke with Mo, he was extremely sincere, polite, and patient. He kindly asked to take another look & he would talk with the installers. After reviewing the carpet again, there were no issues & I quickly apologized for my misunderstanding. Some stores could have gotten defensive or blamed their installers. At all times, Mo was willing to make it right and patiently waited for my 2nd check. H

I had almost the entire home redone in engineered wood floor from this company. They are very professional, and when small bumps in the road arose they handled it with grace. I would highly recommend them!
