Rich has been our plumber for close to 30 years and has helped us with everything from replacing inner parts of a toilet to replacing our water heater and basement toilet sump pump, along with various leaks and services over the years. I called Rich about a sewage smell coming from my basement ejector pump that only happens once in a while. Instead of rushing out and charging me, he took about 10 minutes on the phone to talk it through, explain what might be happening, and suggested a simple fix to try first. He told me to keep him updated before doing anything costly. Really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to help without charging me. Hard to find service like that these days — I know of other companies that would have taken advantage of the opportunity to charge an arm and a leg just to walk through the door.
