Johnny is super rude and arrogant, and is not professional when he comes to the jobsite. On top of it, he will charge you out the wazoo and not even fix the issue, but he loves to charge a call fee every single time. We called him to come back becasue the issue from a few days prior still wasn't fixed and the unit wasn't running correctly, and he charged me another call fee and STILL didn't fix the issue. I would not use these guys. They're not trustworthy and they overcharge by a lot. We finally got the actual problem fixed and it was a $50 fix, as compared to them suggesting we need a new $8k compressor, and paying them $900 to come out and look at it and suggest their bogus fix.

8/5/25 Your technician inspected my pizza machine and took it with the explanation that the repair would be costly. I clearly decided the repair. However my machine has not been returned to me despite multiple phone calls (7 times) ı hereby request the immediate of my machine. I it is not returned promptly, ı will be forced to pursue legal action

The Furnace Man recently installed a tankless water heater, and we're thrilled with the results. The installation is immaculate. We no longer run out of hot water with the new tankless water heater. Bonus - we now have extra storage space in the basement. Thank you for a job well done!

(Updated 7/25) This company replaced our old radiant heat boiler unit 9yrs ago. Free estimate, local service by Johny. The estimate was very competitive. The service crew leader had many years of experience with boiler units. The crew worked quickly to remove the old unit. They cleaned up the mess as they went and installed the new Weil-McLain boiler unit, replacing old parts, valves, and piping with new materials. There were no leaks during the hookup to the copper water supply lines. Every connection and fitting seemed to be properly prepped and installed. The installer answered all our questions about operating the new equipment and left the area clean. The county inspector passed the installation, saying it was a 'clean job and everything was properly connected'. We are Very Happy wi

Rude and dishonest. Had him repair AC/heat unit in May expecting new fan motor and parts. Replaced old unit with a used rescue motor and wrong size fan. Which was confirmed by a reputable company. They quoted 650 for same service. Fell apart within five months. Charged us $1,000 did not provide us an invoice. 11/7/2019 update. The Furnace Man responded stating I wasn't a customer. I have a cancelled check to prove otherwise. He left no invoice detailing what was done or what parts were installed. He promised my wife he would get her one. I can see why now and why he blew my phone up when I informed him I was employing another company.who would expose his "work"., He replaced my fan motor with a used rescue motor and an undersized fan and charged her $1,000.
