Josh has been absolutely wonderful even when I was extremely frustrated after getting an entire unit that had to be replaced within a few months. He wasted no time at all getting everything going so that I didn't have two kiddos in hot conditions! The entire crew was amazing and absolutely went out of their way to even be nice to my kiddos that loved watching them work. Especially Josh and little dude with glasses!

I won't go into details concerning why I am leaving this review but I will say that Paul at Furnace Man went way above and beyond for our family. He has restored my faith that there are good business owners out there that care about their customers. Everyone during my issue was nothing but polite and professional. Furnace Man is a heating and cooling company In the BLUEFIELD, Virginia area. They are well-trained, courteous, helpful young men who are specialists in every way. The owner is Sedwyn Crockett who establishes the highest standards in the heating/cooling fields. I bought a furnace from the company four years ago which performs superbly. They even offer discounts if you allow them to take care of your house. If I gave Furnace Man a rating it would be A+++ or 100 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The installation crew led by Josh, at the Furnace Man, Inc; is really great! They came into my home, built a heating system from scratch and installed it in just two days. Everything was done in such a professional and courteous way; Josh is truly amazing. The Furnace Man is blessed to have him; he is such an asset to that company. I highly recommend the services of this entity!
