Oleg is amazing! I recently moved to CO and bought a large sectional- one of the pieces would not fit down the stairs. I called him, explained the situation, sent a couple of pictures of the part or the couch- he gave me a quote and was out here the next morning! He worked so fast and was able to take the arm of the couch off so we could get it down the stairs and quickly put it back together. Doesn’t even look like anything was taken apart. I googled and went on Facebook for repair support for a west elm couch with broken legs. First person (NOT this business) showed up, snapped the legs more, left and then bailed on the day of repair. We had a broken crossbeam in one part of our sectional couch. They were on time, respectful, and quick. Within half an hour they had repaired the crossbeam and reinforced it to make sure there was extra structural integrity for it. I'm extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend The Furniture Doctors to anyone who needs a piece of furniture fixed.
