Avoid this company like the plague. After installing new springs, the left one broke within days. He did come out and replace that one but days later, the right one broke. After that, it was very hard to get him to respond to text messages and when he did give a glimmer of hope he would come out, he didn't show up and stopped responding to text messages. This guy has our money but we have no working garage door. I am reporting him to BBB and FTC. After talking with another garage door co, it was deemed the springs he installed were not the right size for our door. After looking at it, you can see where the original springs were and they were longer than what he installed.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Clint Davis eagerly responded to get my business, but the 2 NEW springs he installed have both snapped within 2 weeks after installation. BUT now he is nowhere to be found. He said he would fix with dates he did not show up to. It is now 2 weeks with a broken spring he originally installed. Apparently, this is his routine (scam), according to other reviews. Legal action required.

I highly recommend, Clint and The Garage Door company. My door spring lost tension and my side wires were completely off. He answered right away and showed up during the time he quoted. He listened to my concerns and explained the repair and gave a quote several hundred dollars less than other quotes I’d received. He didn’t try to push new parts on me and worked quickly. Highly recommend this company if you need a repair done.

Frankly I cannot remember when I gave a business one star but this business has earned a “zero” star if there were such a thing. In March of 2024, the business owner, Clint Davis installed two garage springs. One of those springs broke on 28 August 2024. The spring was under warrantee but the bottom line is that despite two days of begging him to repair the spring and multiple promises on his part to come to my house and repair the spring, he did not do so. In March he admitted not having the tools he needed to install the springs. Clint does not know the meaning of customer service and I really doubt his competence. The grossest example of home services I have experienced in over 40 years. Recommend you not use this business!

Clint did a great job. 1. He answered the phone right away. 2. Cared about timeliness of the appointment. His soonest was three days out but he called after a cancellation and got it done the same day. 3. He did a little extra and oiled our springs, tightened the chain and gave us some maintenance tips.
