It started with calling the only two garage door fixers in the Hot Springs area. When I called Precision and asked Rachel about ranges of cost they refused to give me a range and 'had' to schedule a technician to come out. I explained I've never had to deal with garage door issues or installations in my life and would like to know average cost of certain services and they still refused. They also made it sound like they would not be able to fix the issue same day. When I called the garage door guy Josh answered and he gave me service fee costs right away and what he thinks might need to happen based of of what I explained and offered a time for technician to come out that would be much sooner than the Precision people. Fantastic experience with Garage Door Guy. Our door had come off the track and the frame off the wall. I called at 7:45am and by 10:15am it was fixed. Extremely nice technician (Chris) and very reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again and will refer others.

I am well pleased with The Garage Door Guy Corp. They scheduled a day to come out and install the door once it came in and they were even early. The door is beautiful and it’s quiet (My old door was very noisy!). I would recommend them to any one who is looking to update their door and at a reasonable price! You will not be disappointed!

My springs snapped! This comapny was fast and wow they do a great job. Their tech was very friendly and knew his job. Awesome to see a great company work. Amazed how cool the process was.

I’m very pleased this The Garage Door Guy. Matt was here fast and had the springs fix/replaced and also help with the high pitch sound it was making. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them for all our garage door needs.
