The Garage Guys

Not sure if these reviews are legit or done by the business to look good but I am having horrible time with this company. Tech showed me what his work cost on his calculator but the invoice was $275 HIGHER. Been trying for four days and double digit phone calls to get a manager to get adjustment. No one has called and their number only goes to dispatchers who claim they don't have contact info for manager. I have put hold on the charge and will be contacting BBB. STAY AWAY!!!

Double labor charged for work completed on 2/15/26. Now they are evading phone calls, etc. requesting a refund for said over charge. Is this company legit? Answer the phone as Americas Garage Door but receipt is for G&G Garage Door.

The garage door expert did a good job and was polite. The fix was done quickly, and now everything works great.

Excellent service and communication. He arrived on time and repaired the issue quickly. I endorse this company.

We really like our new garage door. It looks good from the street and works well.
