The Gas Guy

Joe installed my gas logs a year and a half ago. This year they did not Work. I spoke to him on the phone and he told me to text him my name and address which I did. He never replied. I do not recommend this business if you are interested in customer service.

Paid $1,200 deposit, ghosted us. Never did the work. After months and months of asking for our deposit back he finally sent half back. Here we are almost a year later, still asking for the rest of our money back and continually being ignored and still out the rest of our money. No call backs. No text backs. No communication.

Joe the gas guy came out to maintenance our log fire place and was very knowledgeable. So we called him back to work on our other fire places and unfortunately he kept canceling and pushing the job back until he quit replying all together. We also had him install our pool heater for us and he didn’t even come. He sent his son who couldn’t finish the work bc he didn’t have all the parts but yet Joe called asking for the rest of the payment. He seems knowledgeable, however, very unorganized.

Do not use this business. Fixed my fireplace last year for $600 and it would not light 6 months later. Came back out and charged me 150 for service call and am still waiting for a part. Doesnt answer texts or calls. Rip off.

Couldn’t give them a well deserved zero. Never showed up, answered text, or phone call.
