The General Store & Ace Hardware

I went to the General Store on Division 1-12-26 this morning to do a lil Birthday shopping. The main reason for my visit was 5 Carhardt T-Shirts. Price tag shows 29.95. The stores price near the T-Shirts also shows 29.95. Went to the register for 4 of the 5 T-Shirts ringing up as 34.95. I question it as that's a big jump. She calls over another employee, not a manager, both were stating the one that rang up 29.95 was a clearance item. I said no it was with the rest of them. An entire stack. All signs over in the Carhardt area show 29.95. When I asked why not just sell them for 29.95 as the sign shows? The lady that came over to supposedly help very rudely stated, ma'am im trying to figure this out & help. I had already been at the register for about 10 or 12 minutes, instead of running ov

We love the General Store store Spokane! We had the best experience purchasing all of our EGo lawn equipment, and as a bonus we purchased a Trager Flat Rock, which in my opinion is far more superior to the Blackstone. Because of Elaine M, and Jason B recommendations and knowledge of both Trager and Blackstone we felt confident in our purchase.

David was so helpful with dissembling our grill to fit in our car and also helped loading it. He was very friendly and you could tell he enjoys helping people. He made our experience wonderful! Kari was also very friendly and helpful!

In looking for various, odd things, and having a hard time finding them, I asked a nearby employee --Harper. She was able to find them or tell me where they were without delay. I was impressed at her ability to know where odd things were -- like small silicone trivets. Very helpful and easy to speak with. The store has such a wide variety of items I'm sometimes amazed at what they have.

I was in your store and this person in your clothing section was pretty awesome. I also had a pleasant time with Melissa at your customer service desk. Came in with my 2 daughters. Thank you General store
