I got a call from Adam last Sunday to schedule an appointment for an estimate on Friday at 2 PM. He left a voicemail. He picked the day and time. I was at work so I returned his call the next morning and set up the appointment. Got text and email reminders this morning. Waited all afternoon - no show, no call. Texted him near five o'clock to ask what happened. He said he had emergencies and forgot to call. I texted after almost three hours of waiting as I was told texting was preferred over calling. We understand emergencies come first. All it took was a call. We need a company that we can trust for something as important and expensive as a whole house generator. I had a whole house generator installed by the Generator Guys in 2021. It was a pricey purchase but well worth it and money well spent. Adam and Raj helped me select the right one, completed everything, permits, propane suggestions, clearing and prep of the area where generator was placed, etc. They were there through every step to answer all questions. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. Still in 2025, they stay in touch, continue to answer questions. They are wonderful to work with, leave no stone unturned. The Generator Guys have been great! They installed and hooked up my whole home generator no problem. They always respond to my questions almost immediately and took the time to walk me through operation, bypass, and maintenance. They service every year and promptly sending storm warnings and reminders. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend using them.
