I have been going here for years and have always received excellent, friendly service and often with them going above and beyond. Mr. Hull in the showroom was a life-saver today in helping me sort of a last minute need for an item. I made the mistake of ordering a product from Lowe's and shouldn't have been surprised when the order backfired. Mr. Hull was able to sort out the issue and at a competitive price. I should also mention that the guys at the party counter have always been helpful in making recommendations when I needed plumbing items for my business and have never once been condescending or brushed me off because I'm a woman. Great service! I’m not a plumber but they treated me like I was an important customer. Helped me pick out everything I needed and answered all my questions. Never going back to the box stores again.

I haven't even purchased from them yet but their customer service has been great while I'm searching for what I need. They went out of their way to call me back and get a consult from a guy on his day off (sorry about that, guy).

Groton store is still recovering from Covid. Supply is thin.
