Tyler was extremely instrumental in finding an extremely old shower part for me (38 yo).He is definitely a hard worker as he attempted to find a few that might match my broken part. As I returned the next day because the piece was not the right one , he remained determined to find a correct one. Zack decided to aid in this mystery; searching the internet and found the correct brand! If it wasn’t for these dedicated men, who never gave up I would have a showerless bathtub! I tried to return a broken heating element. The cashier had no interest in wanting to do the return. They stiffed me for $70. Not going back.
Zero stars! They charged me triple what they charged my contractor (really?!!) and then when I returned the valve they screwed me on they charged me a 30% restocking fee to have me put it back on the shelf behind me. Crooks! Go somewhere else!
Awesome customer service. Would highly recommend.
