Master plumber/steamfitter with 45 years experience, no longer will do business with Granite Supply. They only want to take the easy way out of any situation. Purchase a well pump from them and the motor was bad. Returned the unit for exchange or repair and they said it was too old. The pump was new and never saw water. B-tank exchange $85?? Webb in Waterford $26. 50 gallon electric water heater at Granite $1550. Bought from supply house in Clinton same make $725. I started in the trade at Cunningham supply 45 years ago..same location different name. I will travel to avoid them from today on.

Directions on website not good. No signage at all on building. We did not know it was part of Cunningham plumbing supply. We only found out after we called. We walked in and there was only one salesperson there and she never acknowledged us. She was helping someone. She never even looked at us. After about fifteen- twenty minutes we left. We then drove to Clinton plumbing and purchased two vanities, and fixtures for two full baths. Clinton plumbing was great!!

Im not sure why this store only has one star, Its more of a professional supply house, Great selection and many of the fittings are on shelves so you can select them your self. Much better than the other supply houses around here. Good prices, good service.

Drove 40 minutes to update their Saturday hours as listed on Google for them. Closed... Son of a...
