Zack was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t appreciate his help more to be honest. He gave me a crash course in wiring and ac that people would pay good money for. That being said I will be attending his classes and anyone who is looking for a teacher that’s good at really explaining things Zack is the man.

Salesperson was rude and condescending. Plenty of other places to get plumbing supplies without getting laughed at for asking a question. Update: After their response to this review, I reached out to the company as they asked and never got a response. Looks like they're more interested in appearing to care about customer service than actually providing it. Bad experience from top to bottom.
