The Granite House

My story of finding the Granite House is extremely long! But I think it’s relevant. Shortest story I can provide. Moving from CA because of divorce. Family here. 1st movers show up in a nice big truck for donations I wont be taking with me. Moving day they show up with a van to move me across USA and when the truck is full they demand I leave things behind for donations. I obviously refused and hired another shady company who literally scooped my belongings into a box and broke almost everything. Then they held my belongings ransom for 4 weeks until I paid $1,200 to release it. By the time my belongings got to me my granite bar top was missing! Was it the first or second company or even the 3rd? No one knows but it’s GONE! I called probably 15 granite stores as well as Home Depot and Lowe’

Francisco and his team were incredible—fast, professional, and detail-oriented. We had a terrible experience with a previous contractor who took months to install our countertops, only to leave them poorly done and needing major fixes. Francisco came out to take measurements, and just three days later, his team returned to install everything. They not only fixed the countertop issues but also corrected our previous plumbing problems—all in under an hour. They truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area and will absolutely use them again for future projects.

Granite House did 2 bathroom countertops and kitchen for us, and we couldn't be more pleased! The counters are beautiful! Very professional with excellent service and all for much less than others we obtained quotes from. Highly recommend them!

The team at The Granite House is amazing. Francisco was so helpful as we were choosing countertops and backsplash tiles. He offered helpful suggestions along the way and we were not disappointed. All appointments were kept on time. Communication was excellent. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. The team works very hard and delivers as promised. They were a pleasure to have in our home as they took great care to protect floors and other areas of the house.

The Granite House did an amazing job! Francisco and his team are proactive and professional. And their quote was well within my budget even though I selected a custom slab of granite for the kitchen! The Granite House cut and installed the kitchen countertops (granite), all 3 bathroom countertops (quartz) and a bench in the master shower (also quartz). And when I called with questions about my new granite countertops, Francisco was quick to call me back and made an extra trip to the house to walk me thru a few items. It was the easiest part of my remodeling project!! Thank you, Granite House!
