The Great Escape Aurora

This Great escape location is my favorite. I purchased the hot tub last July and it has been my first one ever so I needed a lot of help with chemicals and maintenance. I used filtered well water which was a huge risk but I was able to adjust the chemicals and achieve great results thanks to all the staff at the Aurora Great Escape location. Special thanks and recognition to Chris D. from this location who has been an amazing helper. He's been helping me with frequent water testing and adjusting of the chemicals. I learned so much from him over the last few months that my hot tub now is sparkly clean with almost perfect chemical balance. We truly enjoy coming here and our go to guy is Rob! He knows everything and with his knowledge helps us make our final decision without any regrets. He's not there to make you buy everything or over spend. He's there to genuinely help you. We purchased our above ground pool with 100% satisfaction with everything including equipment provided etc, patio umbrella and going on to a pool table for our basement. We are looking at outdoor furniture as well and love their many options and the fact you can sit on it to feel if it suits you and is the comfort is to your liking. There are some things I purchase online but when it comes to furniture, I need to make sure there's comfort before it even gets delivered to my house. Update: I decided to open the base to see how much weight they installed. It turns out they only filled the based with ~79lbs of sand instead of the recommended 200lbs (that I also paid for). Still have not been contacted by the "owner" who is looking into this. Bought a large umbrella and selected installation through The Great Escape. I was told after the first one blew over in a light breeze that it was defective and they would replace it. A month later the new one arrived and within 2 days was also blown over in a light breeze (5 mph) and just barely missing my wife and newborn baby. Unbelievably dangerous product.

My wife and I recently gave our backyard a makeover and bought both a spa and patio furniture from Joel at The Great Escape. We couldn't be. happier with the knowledgable service and ease of the transaction...in both cases, we ordered non-stock items but we took delivery earlier than originally expected. It's too soon to know about the quality of the products but it's very easy to recommend The Great Escape for their service and know-how. I suspect I'll be back in the store this winter to check out their bar stool selection!
