The Great Escape Macedonia

We had an outstanding experience working with Luke on our Viking Ascent 2 hot tub purchase! We visited several other stores and dealers in the area, and Luke was by far the most helpful—knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy or salesy. He took the time to thoroughly explain the tub’s features and electrical requirements, which gave us complete confidence in our decision. His professionalism and honesty really set him apart. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend working with Luke to anyone in the market for a hot tub!

The Great Escape has expensive products, but they are worth it. It is nice to have the items on display so you can see the quality and try out the furniture. We have purchased all of our deck furniture and umbrellas from the Macedonia store and they look just as beautiful today as they did when we purchased them over a decade ago. To make our lives even easier, the store has our entire purchase history and they were able to sell us additional items of the exact same quality because they knew what we had purchased back in 2013. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service we receive here.

My father purchased a pool and they installed the pool, left a huge pile of dirt and did not put up the deck that came with the pool. Who does that to an 81 year old? The pool had not started to be filled with water when they left the dirt piled. The dirt around the pool is so uneven that it is a hazard to walk around it safely for anyone. He also has to spend an additional 900 dollars to have the deck installed. Poles were missing for the vacuum and the skimmer, we had to go purchase two from Litehouse pools. I left a message for the manager and he did not call back.

The Great Escape’s Macedonia location has a fantastic selection of outdoor furniture. The furniture is of good quality and very durable. The best part of visiting this store is the customer experience. My wife and I were assisted by both Matt, the store’s manager and by Tony, one of the store’s associates. They both assisted us with our selections by providing their insight and suggestions. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our experiences at this store could not have gone any better. Thank you both.

Customer service is excellent at this G.E. Andy greeted my wife and I when entered the store and offered some great tips on patching our liner. He and the whole staff were engaging and appreciated our business. A bit father than their competitors, but worth the extra travel.
