I called and set up an appointment, and Leroy agreed to come out to see the property, come to find out he used to cut the yard for my sister in law so he already had knowledge of the property. We agreed on a price and cutting schedule but Leroy didn't show up on the scheduled day. I called later that day to see what happened but no answer. I then called a couple more times over the next couple of days and still no answer. So my wife calls and SURPRISE! He answers her call. After she asks what happened to him coming out, He told her he forgot to come cut our yard. By then we found someone else. If he didn't want to take the job just say so. I have little tolerance for people playing games. And there's too many other people willing to do the job. Google needs to make a zero s

He was supposed to show up to mow on two separate days but never showed up then finally said we would not be coming to do my mowing. I would not use him for any service he is not reliable.

Leroy at Green Machine is thorough, courteous and does tremendous work. Also, and very importantly, he is always responsive and has delivered on 100% of what he promises. I would recommend him to anyone looking for services in Fairview Heights, IL or surrounding areas.

Above and beyond service every single time all season long. They even helped me get my weeds trimmed down in my garden without me asking. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
